A 50-year plan — We need to think big and long term if we are to build an economy that meets the needs of the current and future generations. Start with a 50-year plan that is more political than it is technocratic, for it to last past any one electoral cycle. It should have as its aim Kenya joining the world’s most prosperous, shared and sustainable economies. This is eminently doable.
