Facts about Ensalsate
The Ensálsate Foundation was created with the aim of creating spaces for training and professional realization in the field of dance, especially for young people with limited resources who find in this profession, a strengthening of their cultural roots and a way of life. The citizen principles of the Ensálsate Foundation are based on the conviction that the arts, business and social initiatives can together contribute to building a better world.
Ensalsate is a dance cabaret type show that consists of more tan 80 dancers on stage and a live orchestra, base don the fusion of genres and musical rhythms that enfolds Salsa. It is a spectacle full of lights, colors and sounds that brigthens the imaginatio, wakes up the senses and excites the emotions of all who share the experience.

Social work
·         Impact to vulnerable population of neighborhoods of Cali so that they find in the dance a profession and an activity that distances them from other alternatives harmful to their lives.
·         Training artists not only in relation to dance, but in food, makeup, body care: warm-up, stretching, injury prevention, injury recovery, interpersonal relationships and teamwork, with the aim of achieving a body of more professional dance.

·         Program of 10 annual scholarships for university studies based on the performance of each of the artists evaluated in their performance matrix of the previous year.
·         Work program shared with the Universidad del Valle in physiotherapy programs.
·         Promotion, training and strengthening of seedlings of dance schools that belong to Ensálsate to link them to the show. To date, 60 dancers who have professionalized in Ensálsate are working in the United States, Turkey, Dubai and China.

·         100% social security coverage, to all members of our team.
·         Generation of sufficient work for artists so that they can make dance their profession, their way of life, and livelihood for their families.
·         The elaboration of the Ensálsate costumes is done locally, with mostly family heads of dressmakers.
