Former Eastleigh South MCA Aspirant, Abdikarim Hassan moved to court early Today (28^th Dec 2020) to Stop the upcoming Nairobi County Gubernatorial By-Elections from taking place due to the Irregularities and Illegalities that saw H. E Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko Ruthlessly Impeached by the Senate dated Thursday,17^th Dec 2020.This took place even in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic that has seen Most Nairobians face the Economic Burden.

Having in mind that the court of appeal had barred the County Assembly and the Senate respectively from Impeaching Mike Sonko over an impending hearing in the Court of Appeal, Abdikarim Hassan hereby Demands the Court to Bar the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) from Conducting the By-Election to replace Mike Sonko as Governor.
